There's some graffiti, at least a year old, on an old fence on Swanston St north of Victoria. It says:

Rissole Loves You

I often wonder who Rissole is. Whether he/she/it was on drugs at the time (since messages of goodwill to mankind and peace on earth don't seem too common amongst the four-letter platitudes usually spouted).
